When is the event
IMPACT18 will take place over 3 days beginning with registration Friday, September 21 opening at 1 pm. The first session is a special 7M-pact Fast-track orientation at 2 PM. There will be a reception opening the evening session of the conference at 6 pm Friday. We have three sessions on Saturday with the conference ending on Sunday, September 23 at 1 pm. Are meals included
A Welcome Reception at 6 pm Friday evening is provided. Certain tickets include a Private Lunch with Speakers (See Tickets) BRUNCH will be included on Sunday for all participants. There are many local dining options near the hotel. A Special party with refreshments will be held for current and new TrueTribe Members Saturday evening.

What is the dress code
Business Casual please. You’ll want to bring a sweater or jacket so you are comfortable in the room.

Will I be able to ask questions during the event of Linda or other speakers??
Absolutely! There will be time for questions throughout the conference. Your best opportunity to get your questions answered during the event is to purchase a Gold or Platinum ticket which provides access to a private group lunch with Linda Fields and other speakers including participation in a private Q&A session.

Will there be breaks throughout the day?
Yes, throughout the day there are a series of short intermissions as well as a lunch and dinner break.

Is there a conference group discount?
We encourage you to bring your team, partners and colleagues, and spouse. Discounts are available with the Platinum Team ticket allowing for you + 3 team members with additional benefits. Is there a room rate discount
Yes there is! We have reserved a block of discounted rooms for our attendees at the Holiday Inn Express, but act quickly to purchase your ticket and reserve your discounted rooms before they sell out or the rate expires. What airport do I fly into?
Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is your final destination for this event. The hotel is approximately 40 minutes from the airport.
Is there an airport shuttle?
There is no hotel-provided shuttle. We recommend the Super Shuttle. They offer private and group options.
